Nice melow vibe in the office today. After work I'll hit the trail and run for an hour. No stress (yet) today.
 
NERVOUS. Today will be my first day volunteering with the needle exchange.

I always have a huge research paper I need to finish by tomorrow, as well as a 5 minute presentation to go with it. (the presentation will be easy though)

Trying to eat dinner and watch TV and then all of a sudden the show I was watching ended by showing a father reunited with his kid and wife and now I have to pause every 10 seconds to hold back the tears. Im ready to be reunited with my fiancé and daughter:(

yeah 6AM meeting is weird, only way I'd be able to attend that is if I stayed up all night.
 
^I've totally done that... I looked like hell but theres something about looking like hell because I'm strung out versus looking like hell because I stayed up to do something constructive that I think the other members picked up on. Very cool :)
 
Rage. extremely frustrated but my health sucks so i can't do anything physical that would match the amount of destructive energy that i have right now. (which is kind of good considering legal ramifications)
 
very tired


really want to have a hot bath and wrap myself in blankets and swim away
