Today is day 1 without coffee and I can't bring myself to get out of bed. I slept about a 9 hour stretch and just don't have any energy. I'm quitting due to a doctors recommendation due to increasing anxiety attacks. Hope this isn't what's causing them so I can get back to drinking it.
