^^^Close your eyes and take deep breaths. Count to 10 in your head as you inhale and agian as you exhale to make sure you taking long full breaths. I hope you feel better.
Jittery. Today will be day one of a much needed 4 day break from smoking pot. I know, 4 days doesnt seem like much, but with the amount i tend to smoke I have a really high tolerance. Also i recently started smoking blends which have made my coughing worse and had only made my tolerance shoot up more. So i smoked my last bowl last night till sunday. I think it shouldnt be a big deal at work(not smoking) but by tonight ill probably be going nuts.
But if i can make it till sunday night Ill be so so so proud of myself!
