Great suggestion actually, thank you! I think I will go and get some milk thistle capsules today. My liver deserves it
No shakes or flushes today, just very tense and headachey. Gatorade sounds like a good option.

I'd suggest Ibprofen for the pain, but that's counter-productive to your liver atm.
-Well, as long as you don't take Ibprofen all the time, it's not a big deal. Eat some food with it. Dairy. You want dairy with it. A glass of milk is good enough.

I woke up in pain again today and i am sick of having to take enough morphine to knock out a small army just to stop me from screaming when this happens . This is the worst flare up Ive had in ages so let's hope it's the last i have for a few years or better yet ever.

I am starting to feel better now so i guess my word would be grateful
