Hittin' the streets

I just wanted to jump into this conversation and share how we handle it down south. I go into the ghetto to buy meth sometimes. I am as white as you can get, so the first time I went I was very nervous I took on of my geeked out friends with me who looks as if he should be on a "this is what meth will do to you in 5 years" poster. Hes like 6 foot tall and 95 pounds wet. So we walk down this dark ass street to score a ball.. A big black guy walks up to us and asks if we are looking and I said yes he asked for the money and I was getting ready to hand it to him when my friend said where is the dope. The guy then pulled out a knife. I almost had a heart attack right there I mean this guy was a straight up thug. Well my friend did not like this. He wasted no time kicking this black guys ass. I have never seen anything like it.. I mean he wooped this guys ass. I looked at him in disbelief and he just kept walking looking for another dealer. I looked at him with this scared look in my eyes and he just simply respond "thats just part of it" Crazy shit man.

I cop from the ghetto quite a bit and a legit spot is a well run organization they have spotters looking for cops and don't sell bunk shit cuz if they do word gets out that there spot is no good, crack and heroin spots don't want to fuck up there reps so they can get return customers....you just got be careful some asshole isn't hanging around the spot looking to rip you off if he doesnt really work there but if someone who works the spot sees them doing this a beat down on them usually would follow
 
In Detroit on the west side there is this one street I know of where there are three black men sitting on three different porchs. One has the small quantanties gram,20 sack, 1/8. Then the next has the 1/4 oz,1/2oz, and oz. Finally the last guy has the big stuff qp's and lb's. You pull up in front of the size you want he comes to your car you pay, voila. I don't go there much. There was also this house on the east side that you walked around back, and they opened a small screen. You told him what you want and give him the money, then he gives you weed. These guys were pretty chill though. Once my friend forgot to take some of his weed, and they invited him back in and gave it to him. Haven't gone there in a long while, I heard their deal with the cops got investigated.
 
i'll just say that if your a white boy going into the ghetto not knowing anyone, something fucked up is gonna happen. expect it.

Things can happen even with the best of planning but preperation can cut a substantial amount of the risk...
 
The alleyways and back streets of South Phoenix and the decievingly-named "Sunnyslope" in downtown. Yes I have bought drugs plenty in the Ghetto. I would be very afraid for a white boy going through these streets alone 8o Mexicans and blacks mostly but being Italian passes me from not being a "white boy"

I only went down those places when I was into methamphetamine because it is everywhere there. Turn the corner and you got someone selling that shit. A good place for black tar also, some of the best but I found a hook-up that kept me from going down there anymore. Not as good shit, but decent. Bags seem to be right on. Potency: Mid
 
I go to the ghetto sometimes to buy weed, but our ghettos aren't as serious as some of yours, we dont dealers on every corner or anything you still have to know where to go, but its real good weed and sometimes the guy has other stuff too.

however, there are serious ghettos in baltimore I just dont have any real experience with them...but my friend works at pimlico so hes right up there by our ghetto. he scores coke and weed out there sometimes.
 
^ some asians gangs are ruthless.. I heard on the news that vietnamese gangs have an affinity for severing people's hands that owe them money.

i can safely say it doesn't happen here, which is why i was suprised. the only organization like that i'd heard of was the yakuza, and i was never sure if that was real or not. we have cuban gangs here.
 
I used to live in the ghetto. So yeah, Ive bought drugs there. Im pasty-white too, and Ive never had any problems in the blood-run neighborhood that I was in. I never bought hard sutff though, just pot, so that may have had something to do with it.

I got a fair amount of respect from being able to smoke -anyone- under the table. haha.
 
I live in a rich suburb of Detroit, Rochester Hills, if anyone knows where that is. I've only ever been in really sketchy parts of Detroit a few times, once for a rave, and the other times to buy weed. On time we bought weed, I was with other people, and one of the guys we were with knew someone down there, but he actually told me and my friend to stay in the car. It was in the area of 6-mile (not sure if that's allowed, or if that even qualifies as being all that "ghetto").

Anyways, I'm always wary when I go down there, being 5'3'' and 115, rich, and white, I stand out like a sore thumb, and I'm always very self-concious of it. I don't particularly like going there.

I dont want to start ashit fight about the "right to bear arms" but thank fucking god guns are almost non exisitant here. Of course the underworld and wholesale dealers have them but never would you have a gun pulled on you. With exception of the police and wholesale dealers ive never seen a gun in my life and ive been around the block more than once..

when i lived in sydney the vietnamese gangs thought they were hardcore and there were stories they carried guns but i dont believe it. Even if they did they would never pull them on you... They are just losers trying to be hardcore... WANKERS

Its a little off topic but i applied for a gun licence for recreational use. Going to the gun club and shooting targets etc...
After about 6 months of trying i gave up!! To get a gun licence they run checks of you going back to the teachers of your last high school (im 24 today) . If thereare any impediments in your dicipline record you have no chance at all
 
I got kinda ripped of on my FIRST TIME last night (see my thread in the Cannabis forum), but that was in Camden which isn't really a ghetto :-/
 
Actually...

Villain:then you have not been to the right neighborhood.Here in N.Y.C. one can pull right in front of several buildings [all in a specific area] and cop multi pound lots of weed.These spots have been jumping for over 25 years.One can also cop up to a kilo of coke without having done prior biz. [of course in a different part of the city].Those from N.Y. will probably know the 2 hoods I am talking about.
 
This is my first official post on this site, although I have ghosted these forums for years gaining all kinds of crazy info from you smart folk. Anyway, I've been using opiates on and off for a couple of years now, and am currently very much in an "on" period, mostly methadone and perc 10's. After much thought and research I've decided to make the jump to heroin. I plan on copping the dope from street dealers in one of the worst areas of [EDIT- Removed location] -Pdx (I know nowhere else to find it). I'm quite nervous about the whole thing (I could get robbed, ripped off, beat up, ect...), so I was hoping that those experienced could give me some good advice on the do's and don'ts of getting H on the streets (especialy in rough areas). I've never bought anything on the streets before, so I'm not even realy sure what to look for. I'm not a skinny little white boy (although I was raised in the burbs), so I don't think I'll stick out too much, just so ya know. Anyway any info/ experiences that will keep me out of trouble and make my journey a success will be much apreciated. Thanks all.
