N-isopropylbenzylamine HCl a crap cutting agent that mimics meth, except for the part when it very slowly recrystallizes and leaves a pinwheel type pattern in the pookie. My Sloth also muttered that it tends to produce a headache shortly after toking

Separating isopropylbenzylamine from meth won't be easy. Both will have similar solubilities in polar and non-polar solvents, both will form a freebase when treated with alkali, both will have similar melting points. Unless there are some fancy crystalisation techniques that will do it (somewhat doubtful) chromatography is probably the only option.

HCl, forget it. Remember, both are already HCl salts, so both will dissolve in an acidic solution.

The only good news is that it does not react with Marquis. Although like meth it reacts blue with Simons. If this stuff takes off like MSM has then everyone will need to test all gear with Marquis prior to purchasing it. A fast reaction to orange will mean it will hopefully be pretty decent. A slow reaction or no reaction at all, when all other things point to quality gear, means it is isopropylbenzylamine.

Tested with Marquis. Reaction was complete in about 8-10sec, turning marquis into orange in that time.

Not sure if that fast/slow/average since i've never tested meth with marquis before.. could someone please enlighten me to what my results could indicate?


Just to add. Although there could always be a chance, I'm not confident or suggesting that the cut used was isopropylbenzylamine. Imo if there's one insoluble cut out there, there's bound to be many many more.

The meth I just picked up/washed would not be over 20% purity for sure!

( I know its the same shit but most people like to differentiate the two). Seems to me that someone was trying to make (base, speed, meth) out of high purity ice. Seen it happen all the time.

^^^ I stopped using meth/ice for like 4 years and since getting back from Thailand a few weeks ago, I have bought like 6 points in like 8 days.

So psychologically addictive....plus the extra $$$ starting to feel like I am losing control.


I'm going to try and stop asap. Where is the GHB, K, vodka, and weed, with some occasional LSD. At least i have some control over those substances.

I crushed it before the wash. The gram I picked up actually came in about 3 fat rocks (although it was re-rocked)
Umm.. 99% percent of the time we refer to our ice/meth as shard or cold so I'm not sure lol.

Looks this stuff's been stepped on twice with two different cutters, one being soluble and the other being insoluble in acetone. Not sure how many of you know where your stuff comes from but I can tell you for sure that this stuff isn't local. I'd also suggest to be very very wary if you're picking up in the next month or two to keep an eye out for meth that comes in big rock form with a cloudy/whitish appearance.

I have been getting some good shit in the last couple of weeks, lately with the quality I was getting I really questioned why I even bother with the stuff but then you come across the proper good shit and it answers that question pretty quickly.

It really is crazily addictive this stuff, I remember when I could score myself a point or two for the weekend mid week and not even look at it but those days are long gone. The other day I managed to go a night without cracking into it but I couldn't help myself the second I woke up the next day. Such a pain in the arse as a mainly weekend user to have to choose between taking a punt at the very last minute and maybe not getting on or having to use less reliable sources, or buying extra just to sate your cravings for it in the meantime.

Hey Guys!

First time poster, long time Meth user. My reliable dealer in ACT used to be able to get some class meth, but lately the stuff has been crap! Doesnt smoke well, tastes wierd and takes a long time to cool and set. And when it sets has multiple 2mm diameter wheel affects all through it, similar to what you look at through those kaleidoscopes. Is this where Meth is heading now, being cut with crap?
