I thought you were on a course of roids a while ago BCF? Presume it was orals? Either that or you've lost gains very quickly/didn't do PCT properly. I did dbol once utter waste of space orals just seem to be pure water retention. I'm weighing up a 10 week cycle of tri test at the moment but I want to stop drinking at the weekend first. I'd be utterly dangerous on roids and drink I'd say. Still not sure whether to do that and put on a stone and a half and be a monster or go down the boxing/cardio route and be a machine. I can't really be fucked with cardio much in the gym just twice a week 50mins in total then I do my weights and resistance machines etc. Spewed last week after 25mins of speed interval on the running machine, luckily I made it off the machine with jelly legs as far as the bin in the changing room.
