I always (used to) judge clubs by their seating, if the seating was any good generally the cub would be shit, good seating usually indicated crap lightweight club that would probably throw me out later for being to off it ;)
 
i eat enough protein, tin of tuna a day, tin of sardines, protein shakes now and again

You look fine mate, BCF probably just noticed a bit of a mid life belly developing down there and is knocking you for your youthful look =D

yeah that's a bit harsh, Dan looks fine, fit and strong.

And you do too bcf.

Stop worrying about your bodies ffs, there's plenty of unhealthy pallid looking bloaters about who do need to worry.

But you two don't.

Although, if anyone needs to improve their diet bcf, you know it ain't Dan ;)
 
i know i know its me, ive been eating oranges and apples all day, gunna have some nice soup in a bit with ryvita

i got body iage issues stemming bk to being a fat lil bloater child, lol

anyways im 5'11 and 72 kg now lol

i just need to eat well and work out, my job is quite active but i need tha gym too
 
I thought you were on a course of roids a while ago BCF? Presume it was orals? Either that or you've lost gains very quickly/didn't do PCT properly. I did dbol once utter waste of space orals just seem to be pure water retention. I'm weighing up a 10 week cycle of tri test at the moment but I want to stop drinking at the weekend first. I'd be utterly dangerous on roids and drink I'd say. Still not sure whether to do that and put on a stone and a half and be a monster or go down the boxing/cardio route and be a machine. I can't really be fucked with cardio much in the gym just twice a week 50mins in total then I do my weights and resistance machines etc. Spewed last week after 25mins of speed interval on the running machine, luckily I made it off the machine with jelly legs as far as the bin in the changing room. WHITEY
 
^^ sounds like youre in the perfect position to offer BCF some valuable pointers so he can do it correctly next time then

Snap. It's not something men are really encouraged to talk about, but it's more common than you'd think.

I weigh less than two thirds of what I weighed as a teenager, and I'm thirty-two in a few months. Last night I found out I can fit into my ex-girlfriend's size 8 jeans (which she can no longer wear). I'm a terrible eater - sometimes it's one 'meal' a day, occasionally nothing, and then I'll binge on junk food at the weekend if I'm drunk. I have a slender frame so it's accentuated by that, but if it weren't for my drinking habits I'd probably have suffered a lot more.

Back on topic (kind of) I was looking through photos on my phone at the weekend and found some self-shot anorexia porn. Which is not going to be posted here. Ever. So get your sighs of relief in right now. ;)
 
funny that eh.. but yeah body image prob causes alot of us to be lured towards drugs as an escape from our torturous minds
