Yeah i'm trying my best, not physically addicted now. Felt pretty grim for about 3 days at start of week. Now it's just all mental, need to find something to take my mind of it. All I can think about is the taste of that opiated goodness .

If I have the right balance of cocaine, alcohol, tracky top & sunglasses I can't resist swaggering about like Ian Brown for a minute if I catch a glimpse of myself in the mirror. I'm a fucking idiot lol. That may have been what I was up to when those pictures got taken.

In the past month I've been told I look like Christian Bale, Lionel Messi & now Ian Brown. Wtf? I definitely don't. The Ian Brown thing I can see due to the hair/sunglasses combo but Christian Bale was a wild one, that woman was either tripping hard or rattling for her hole haha.
