I thought I'd post before and after addiction pics..

BEFORE At one of the worst points in my addiction (December 2009):

AFTER 4 1/2 months clean of all drugs, meds, booze (this morning!):

My body had been completely taken over by alcohol, heroin, methadone and other drugs and a lot of people don't recognise me now! I was just over 10 stone at my worst which isn't good for someone who is 6ft 3" ! I've put on about 3 stone in weight since I've been clean and am at about right weight! The comparison of these photos does show me how far I've come even just physically.
