Heroin Social: Version 6 (aka. Toot it up while you can)

he said there is a 'very slim' chance he could get me off
but that we have to be realistic
a lot will come down to my psych report-i can play the guys so we''ll see
i intend to give the suggestion that I was pressured and afraid for my safety and that of my family if i didn't do that
they told me that would help
i have supportive letters from my keyworker
right now the biggest worry is getting this house packed up and my stuff into storage
and to do all the repairs that need doing to get my deposit back

I dunno, Kat, I've known people who used the 'pressurised' defence and it didn't seem to do them much good. Talking about threats and intimidation can confirm you in the judge's eyes as a member of the criminal milieu and may even work against you.

Trial games often have little to do with what actually happened. The prosecution comes up with a load of crap and there's a temptation for the defence to respond in kind. If you weren't really threatened, it might be better to come out and just tell it like you see it. A guy I knew did that - essentially stood up in court and said " I'm an old junkie. Kids hustle me to get them stuff all the time and sometimes, if I think it best for them, I do. I know what I'm doing and letting them go off and score poison from some criminal who doesn't sometimes seems more irresponsible than sorting them out." His lawyer thought he was mad but the judge referred to his 'refreshing frankness' and, instead of the predicted 8-10 years for a 3rd conviction, handed him 18 months. Try maybe to take it out of the 'playing field' arena and get across how the reality of your life differs from their presentation of you. Don't allow anyone to portray you as a cardboard cutout; you need the judge to see the real person underneath and why gaol is inappropriate in this case.

I'm in the Midlands this Thursday for the drug conference at the convention centre adjacent to Birmingham International train station. Will anyone else from Bluelight be going?

the one thing that I have going for me is my mental health situation
which means that whether real or imagined,I would feel under mortal threat from such people
we are talking about a lotta dope and a lotta money
not street dealing-they are placing me as the 'buffer' between the suppliers and their suppliers

right now the thing that is bringing me to tears is having to organise getting all the repairs done in the house and try to get the deposit back-if they refuse i will just keep claiming housing benefit for an extra month without paying any rent-would take them longer than a month to evict me
but getting everything done and packed up and put into storage-the weight of it is just grinding me down

Your a strong woman kat, I know it means nothing in the scheme of things, but you'd be sorely missed in eadd. I wish the very best for you and your family, you are in my thoughts <3 Here's praying for the best outcome.

I'm not far from there mate, when is it? I dare say I'll go along to that.

KKat best of luck girl , Charlie is givin you some very good advice , take it all on board. Strange things can in happen in courts , remember our Scottish friends , the big man & cazamac, look at the tickle she ended on!

I'll give you've quick laugh , lighten the mood , few years back I was up on a import charge. We knew We were bang in trouble.(FUCKED), the prosecusion consisted of customs & excile, regional crime squad (as it was then) , Kent & essex police.
When it was my turn in the dock to listen to there evidence against me ,I'd asked my brief to adress court ,that I had a statement to make to the court.
I turned to the jury and said ladies and gentlemen of the jury. I then pointed to the C&E officer and said that man is a liar, he is goin to tell you a pack of lies about me , and then because he's lied about me , he's friend from the RCS , is going to continue the lies , to back him up.
I then pointed at the Essex & Kent police officers, and said , and those two officers are then goin to have to continue the lies to back there colleagues up.
Them fuckers were all pritty pissed by now ( lying cunts lol ) and the judge wernt best part happy either.
The public gallery was in hysterics. I'd been on remand 4 months practising my speech ever night and got the fucker spot on.

I knew it wernt goin to do me any favers , we were bang to rights , but just wanted to let the jury know there liars.
It turn out to bad I got 14 And was out on a tag in 4.

Hope that give you a smile KKat , try it , it's a fuckin winner.
And a fact they are fucking lying cunts. GOOD LUCK DARLING !

You got a 14, Strungout? That's a terrible fate for an innocent man. Assuming it wasn't cannabis you were smuggling, did your 'drug baron' status mean you started your sentence on the book?

It starts at 10 a.m, Hooks, and goes on to 3.30-4p,m. There is the small matter of the £120 entry fee but, if you can slide past security, you shouldn't have too much trouble blending in with the other user delegates.

@ Charlie , it's was only a 14 month stitch, not years I'd have strung myself up looking at a 8-10.LOL
fact of the matter is ,there all still..................................FUCKING LIARS !

^^Grass!!

one thing every one should know .

Don't get involved with Hard Drugs n such if you have no need to.
It will only lead to bad stuff.
Luckily this is on the interweb but in real life what you may consider the smallest thing may be massive in the whole scheme of the Drug world .
You know the one where people suck 4 a £10 n stuff . Tis a desperate place and is very hard to explain to an outsider.

BigC, we don't allow any discussion on how to source heroin (or other drugs) I am afraid - I've edited your post. It's one thing we are really strict on here as things like that threaten the whole site.. sorry! Take a quick look at the EADD guidelines and the BLUA. Hope you understand :)

Brimz, you make a good point hah. Very easy to get sucked in even if you've managed to keep your head above water for a while..
