Really hoping to get some nice kit over xmas but its gonna have to b a military operation as Ill be at mothers house wiv the mrs, so will av to make up an excuse to sneak off on xmas eve and score, I'll have a very narrow window so I'm sure there'll be adrenaline involved. Bullshit. And it'll be a major stroke of luck if the tackle is any good, tho my guy's never been out or had dodgy stuff over xmas in the past, so there's a glimmer of hope. seems 2 be a shortage in dublin again - i had to ring around a few places 2day before i manged to score - just in time for xmass - its prob not such a bad thing with the quality still not as good as it should be.
i read this forum a lot but i only post the odd time - i notice people posting they are geting good b and they are happy wit it - then a week later they are saying that they are geting much better b - but they had already said that they were totally happy with the b they were getting the week before - so my question is when people say they are geting good b does tat mean that they are geting good drought quality b or are they are geting b that is just as good as what they were geting before the drought?
back from jan to april we were geting really bad b in dublin - it ran red - since then its been slowly geting better - so if i was compair the b that i'm using 2nite to what i was scoring back in jan then i would have to say that this is much better b - but its still bad compaired to what i was geting before the drought - im just wondering are people in england now geting the same quality of b as they were geting before the drought? or is what they are geting just better then what they were geting a few months ago?

just done a week with no gear and tbh,was a piece of piss
i have been taking 120ml of meth every morning then i know it is pointless to score
and i honestly haven't really been thinking about it
can't believe a week has passed and I am not craving
with the quality of the gear about right now-my green and a few valium does me nicely
Have my kids coming later today for christmas and am not gonna use till they have gone which will mean I can,hopefully,give a clean sample
Addiction services are really pushing for some clean samples now
the gov has this whole 'no maintenance scripts-everyone has to be on a reduction plan' thing going on
I even scored for other people and it hasn't bothered me that I cannot use myself
But the main reason for this abstinence is that all my ££s have to go into christmas from now on
getting the last of the presents this afternoon then just need to get ££ together for my kids
going food shopping for christmas today,too.It's nice to know I have the ££ for us to buy nice things.

It's NOT the government. Last December's 'Drug Treatment Strategy' clearly allowed for 'medically assisted recovery'. The initiative comes from the service providers. Telling patients "it's a government order" is designed to halt any discussion of the subject. Except users are no longer patients, they're despicable addiction objects.
Unless users wise up to Treatment politics and start asking questions, the cowboys of the 'Voluntary Service' will report the ridiculous 'encouragement to abstinence' initiative a glorious success and government will respond accordingly. If you know anyone who's given up on treatment in favour of the corner, chances are they've been written up as a 'successful discharge' and the dsp will be claiming the cash bonus. NTA policy need to know of any abuses, if you feel unduly pressurised to 'reduce' or if you've any opinion on the subect. If users in treatment stay mute, nobody else gives a shit and the opiophobes win by default; it's what's been happening these past 40 years.
I don't want to go on about it but the Rolleston System should not be a historical curiosity. There are over 300,000 unnecessary criminals on UK streets today. Your 'heroin problem' ought to be exclusively pharamaceutical. Then a greater percentage users give up and more quickly. It's the nature of addiction reality and what happened under Rolleston. When this purple nonsense is revealed to be as big a disaster as every other treatment initiative since 1970, perhaps the voices of the few genuine addiction specialists remaining in the UK will be heard and a sane prescribing policy re-introduced at last.

Personally - good drought quality; I haven't had any pre-drought for quite a time. Right now, I'm scoring two types - same pricing, different sizes. If I want the extra nice product I'll have to travel into town for it though where as the other stuff is dropped to me, though if I want a gouch off the lesser product I'd want to be having a few drinks before having a smoke.
I've already stashed a bag off for christmas though, no chance I'm taking that risk.
Its looking more and more like the notion of seeing 'OMG, I cant believe its been 2 years!!' written here in regards to the drought this time 2012 is becoming less of a far flung possibility as the weeks pass by.

I have been just using my meth now for 8 days and haven't even wanted gear really
I think this is mainly cos of the quality of the gear that is available
But also cos I get up and take 120ml straight away so I know it's pointless taking anything
I am hoping those 4 runs of crappy gear,that I tested for an old regular dealer,but then threw the rest away it was so shit,won't fuck up my sample next weds at the clinic
It's been really nice to have ££ to buy xmas presents and food and enough to send my kids zorbing
my kids go back to their dads on 28th for new years parties then back to uni/college
so when they are gone,I will test the waters again-maybe things will pick up by then
who was it that (according to himself) correctly predicted the duration of the drought and could correctly predict how things would unfold over the next month or so???

Glad to hear you're staying away from it all, keep up the good work. Any time I'm tempted to score as soon as I get meth' in my belly the craving for gear goes. I never take meth' and kit on the same day so the meth' really helps me with my kit cravings. If I was you I'd try to drink 2 to 4 litres of water every day until you have to give a sample in. Don't take any chances and flush it out.

usually takes me ages (about 10 days) to clear my system

Drink a good few litres of water a day to be safe. I've heard that's what people do in the jail to beat the random drug tests so they can still use kit. I heard that if you test positive for anything you get an automatic 28 day extension to your sentence so they all guzzle gallons of water to beat the tests. Before these tests and sentences were introduced people liked a smoke but weed stays with you way too long so another big thank you to our government for creating even more heroin addicts...
Ah you see thats were we totally differ! What is good drought gear? In my books its either proper heroin or its not! We have had countless types of drought gear over the last year & i consider even the best effort of drought gear as pure rubbish!
If i was looking for drought gear then i would say that what we've been getting in Dublin for the last 2 or 3 months is some of the best drought gear going, but its still drought gear so its crap as far as i'm concerned.
When you think of how expensive heroin is then why should we settle for anything but the best? I work hard for my money so i kills me to hand over a days wages & get something back that is not as good as it should be, plus every time we score we risk getting stopped by the police, its a lot of expense & risk to take for something sub-standard!
I know i'm fussy & i'm also stubborn so will never ever consider any drought gear to be good. Until i have a bit of gear in my hand that is 100% as good as what i was getting before the drought then i will call it crap.
In saying that if they were selling the gear thats around now at a cheaper price then i'd be happy enough to buy it, but its (kind'a) like buying the same tasty loaf of bread for years for €1 & then suddenly it disappears off the shelfs, then it re-appears 6 months later at 3/4 of the size & not tasting as nice, would you still pay €1 for it? & would you consider it nice just coz it was off the shelfs for 6 months? Or would you say this isn't as good as before so i'm not buying it? Ummm bread and heroin? They have nothing in common, but you know what i mean!
Bring back the proper heroin, i can't stand 2nd best!@Kkat, Re: Clean after 7days: i used to think that too, i thought that the build up of using good gear daily would stay in my system longer. But now even when i only use the weak gear we have in Dublin once i will still test positive for opiates up to 9 days later!!! I've been caught out a few times recently coz of this, i don't know how the gear thats around now manages to stay in my system for so long but it does?! my boyfriend can use at the same time as me & then test negative 3 or 4 days later!!! He is so lucky! I'll never underestimate my slow metabolism again!

Shortly after my earlier post I went out and and got another score's worth so I'm pretty wasted now. The guy I got it from said he's down to it's last and might not be able to get any more of that gear. Last week he had that solid stuff which is quite light in colour and quite hard to crush up and it's pretty weak. if he has shite in I don't go to him but he always lets me know when he has the better gear in but sadly it's almost done. Starting tomorrow I don't have another day off work until next Wednesday so until next week starting tomorrow I'll just stick with my meth' my doc has put me on weekly now, collecting it on a Wednesday. The chemist still want me to take that one dose in the shop , shouldn't grumble though coz I am quite lucky that I only have to go to the chemist once a week.@ Ructions: You're not fussy and stubborn, you are realistic and sensible. If everyone had your attitude to scoring then the dealers would have to stop selling shite or they'd make nothing. I wish everyone would boycott the shite gear.

Funnily enough trip I bought mans last bag at about six, all gone now and I'm pretty wasted, just had a few glasses of wine and a few zopiclone so feeling goood! Starting on my subs tomorrow and I'm going into it in quite an optimistic frame of mind!
