Heroin: powder or tar?

what seal did you remove? i heard running hot water over the patches will make the fentanyl come out faster, but other than that i've been told that the only way to get around the time-release is to just put a hole in the patch and squeeze the gel out.
 
MMMMmmmm...I used to love chewing OxyContins. That was my preferred route of administration. Using them intranasal produced equivalent effects, just a better rush and didn't last as long. I would have used them intranasal back in the day but my noes was already fucked up from using so much cocaine and ketamine. I didn't start using ketamine intramuscular just because it produced a much more potent ketamine rush, I originally started doing so because my noes is just straight fucked...so no more sniffing powder for me. I would cook down the OxyContin using a micron filter and use them intravenously from time to time and that would really throw me into a rush.

I used to get oc's from this Iranian guy that always shot them up. He would cook down alot of them at a time, and somehow made a thin sheet of it when it dried up. I guess it was easier to remix and shoot this way. That was before i was really into opiates or understood them. He sold the oxy "sheets" for $100. He said one sheet would last him a week. And he shot all the time. What a good deal, that i never really had.

Maybe its just because I have used so many opioids and for such a long time, I dunno, but I can tell the difference in effects between Diacetylmorphine and any other opioid. You could give me a large dose of six random opioids and I would probably be able to tell you what each one was. But anyway, I find that the effects of Diacetylmorphine and Fentanyl are fairly different.

I really need to try fent, sounds like a powerful opiod.
 
it's a powerful and dangerous opioid.

personally i would prefer heroin over it for convenience and safety. but since i can get about 3 hits out of each one of those patches they're much cheaper for me to get high off of than heroin.

To totally defeat the time release you have to remove all the gel and apply it to clean skin. I have heard many "old wives tales" about speeding up absorption but personally found the experience worthless. Of course I had already been on 100 mgs. of methadone for almost 2 years by then so I am sure that had alot to do with it. I have had the opportunity to do fentanyl in other forms but the patches were a total loss.

How? heroin is easier to find than cigarettes at a store. say i forget my ID i cant get smokes, but i can go to the dealer anytime of day and night and get a bag
