Herkinorin: New extremely potent opioid w/ unusual properties

There are various unscheduled opioids that are both less expensive and more practical to produce...

For one, check out the patent for the substituted piperidylidene-2-sulfon(cyan)amide derivatives....
 
Eventually the side effects of unrestricted public use will be made known. I feel bad for the poor bastards that are trying to find this stuff to put in their body. Stick to dope that works. Creative googling can find dope spots, and as much good smack as you want can be had in a hand to hand deal from the comfort of your car.

Mid-1980s Fentanyl/Meperidine analogue overdoses and chemical malfunctions [MPTP] rinse repeat circa 2008. I hope this never makes it as far as the RC sites.

Interesting though.Nice.
 
This is more interesting in terms of Opiate WD treatment than recreational use. Potential for no tolerance/dependence, that's the holy grail for opiates.

Yeah, dope is great (huge understatement) and all, but are you really trying to say that you dont find it at all interesting to try new substances? You mention RC sites. Did you not want to try those because they too looked new and interesting?

Anyone who is really into drugs for more reasons than "I like to get fucked up" can appreciate the value of trying drugs that are either new, or quite rare. Thats exactly why so many are interested in this drug.
 
I began to look into salvinorin A and the analogue, herkinorin, and I beleive I found the practical routes of administration. The only practical options I found with were IV, transdermal, and inhalation. Herkinorin is soluble in dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO), which is a paper making by-product. Upon more research, DMSO is used as an medicine as an alternate cancer treatment. DMSO may be used transdermal (cream) or intravenously. Anyone care to go further with this?

This, and the fact that it may not produce tolerance or even dependence.

Herkinorin does not promote the recruitment of β-arrestin-2 to the intracellular domain of the μ-opioid receptor, or induce receptor internalisation. This means that herkinorin may not produce tolerance and dependence in the same way as other opioids, although some development of tolerance through other mechanisms has been observed.

Right, Mandark if look on page 2 of this thread I mention this as well, the tolerance it produces has to do with cAMP.
