Oh, and for the past 10 or so years that I have been training others, I have never started anyone off on more than 500mg of test. I don't really condone the use of deca for a first cycle, due to the fact that it has so many nasty side effects. 19nors are not ideal for first time users, take tren for example. Would I suggest it to someone who has never run AAS before? No.
K12, I find your statement "700 mg/wk is not very much test. most newbies start out with at least a gram/wk. " to be rather dangerous. No matter what your age or stats are, starting off with 1gr. of test a week for a novice can be very dangerous. Like I said, I've been training guys for the past 10 or so years and never once had a student need to take more than 1/2 a gram a week for a first go. I know a couple 300lb guys that do just fine on 600mg of test a week on their 20th cycle. True, there are a couple of guys that run over 2gr+ of test a week....this is not normal, even for the biggest and baddest of body builders and power lifters.
