Hello my sweet little bluelighters ^^

Hi @Hexenstahl. You think it's a clever idea to start off with an avatar that contains NS/Nazi symbolism? Of course, it's a sure way of making 'new friends' (sadly) or enjoying the freedom of being in an international forum, or whatever. Just wondering if there is a rationale to this..
 
^ I get your point. it's valid. But can we refrain from confronting new members about their lifestyle. There are others on here who have German memorabilia as their avatars and speak about these things.

I don't see any hate, insults or glorifying anything is this thread so let just let people be who they are unless they start crossing the line. Please?

For the same reason Lemmy Kilmister collected NS insignia. If the mods have a problem with that they can ban me, otherwise begone snowflake, begone! :whip:

Upper Bavaria, close to the Austrian border. It's the way to say it in Austrian
In Munich they say Pep, I think

Well Paste sounds pretty weird to my ears, too. Just the things we're used to,
it's like the end of the bread. Everything but Scherzl sounds weird to me,
but to you Scherzl is prolly extremely weird

We also say Pep. Rolls off the tongue much more easily. I actually like the bavarian dialect to be honest. Sounds very friendly and warm, but some of the words you folks use over there are just logically speaking incomprehensible. I mean the Speed you get here looks like Paste and not Speck. Ah, lemme guess, you guys probably call it Speck because you bavarians can think about nothing else but food lol :rofl:

Shite is Dark Beer big where you live? If you have good Dark Beer,
you have to try a Goaßn, that's 49% Dark Beer 49% Coke 2% Cherry Liquor. It's ridiculous

Otherwise try it with a Bavarian Dark, Hacker Pschorr Dark is excellent for example

Ah, I see your taste buds are tuned for quality. My current favorites are Graminger Berggeist and Faust Schwarzviertler. The former has a very distinct taste that other dark beers don't have.
