Can anyone help me understand the best way to maximize results from HCG and or Anavar?
I'm 43 yo 6'"3" 240 and have been lifting for the last year and seeing solid results but am hitting a plateau. I know nutrition and proper lifting are essential for maximizing the effects of either of these two substances.
Currently hitting the gym 4-5 times a week doing high rep low weight exercises one body part per week and seeing weekly gains in weight.. I've read quite a bit about Anavar killing your sex drive and HCG seems to do the opposite when I use it.
Any suggestions about how to best proceed? I'm looking to move from the higher rep lower weight routine to something that's going to give me greater mass and strength
