Healthy Living Photo Thread

1-5
mostly 3's, a few 4's, and a couple of 5's
15 miles total...at least 7 of those miles were 1-2 lazy floating

Next time we are doing a tougher river. It was my husband's first time and he is not as much of a risk taker as I am.

Let's get more photo's of the Healthy Living crew on the go!

I don't have a camera, but I do have a webcam, which would involve setting up myself and posing myself for a photo by myself.

KStoner you look fucking amazing dude!! Good work. What are you doing in the way of exercise at the moment? I bet you are lovin' the warmer temps %) <3

^I love sweating and you know it!! :)

Just the same old interval training with weights..workouts. LIke to keep the heartrate up throughtout the entire session. I had been goin out to the local high school track on Saturdays and doing a hardcore workout flippin tractor tires, beating on them with sledgehammers, etc. Can't get anyone to go out there with me anymore and ahahah i don't have the motivation to do it alone! :\ Oh and well you need somebody on the stopwatch so that's my excuse :)

I guess most people don't enjoy working out outside when it's around 90*F with 100% humidity bahahaha.

<<little crazy

What about you N3?? You still hittin it hard?

my lollipop head hiking partner took the usual hey I am on the edge of a cliff pic but when I got home I realized it did not take.

I am on Stage 2 cold activation.

I totally don't get the cold activation-- is that where there are two temperature sensitive inks that become visible on the can as it gets colder, or some 'proprietary' coldening process that winds up being little more than a marketing gimmick (like 'cold filtered')?

Great pics by the way PI, you're excelling at living the good life. And KStoner-- jebus man!

I already sore in the shoulders and upper back due to calm waters :)

I forget to take pics too or if is not safe or convenient.

I guess it's mostly "okay, I have everything I *need*" when I go out the door for a day of adventure. Not "okay, I have everything I need and everything for enjoying the aesthetically pleasing scenery whenever I want to later."

PI that is such a great idea, to go kayaking!! Have you guys done that before? It looks like such a lovely way to spend a day in the sunshine :)
