Btw - does anyone know how easy it is for girls to bulk up? I've been doing a lot of weights (8kg) at the gym as well as bench presses, push-ups etc. every day and I can see a notable difference in my arms but I'm afraid it might come to border on the unattractive side. I know it's much harder for women to bulk up than it is for men, so how long would I need to train like that for it to be 'too much', or would it just never get to that point?

Also - 5 weeks of daily gym going later, have definitely lost some stomach fat! Hope it's noticeable compared to the pic I posted a couple months ago :D

you are not bulky
but the muscles in your arms are not defined yet I am not sure what you are seeing as "bulk"
pagey, if you ever borderline on too toned, you will see it a mile away. it takes a lot of work to get to that. i mean, fkn heaps. you'll be fine.keep at it.
