I prefer two things, one is oats that I mix a little bit with cereal (full grain without sugar) so that its a bit crunchy, add 1/4 or less of sliced banana and little bit of cocoa powder (like Benquick...try finding sth thats more cocoa(chocolate based, without added sugars, )) . Pour oat drink over it (one little one 0.25 L ) and mix it good. Leave for 10min or so, so that it soaks it up a bit and cocoa dissolves good. Yum.
Second one I like, get some good bread, without additives, I love corn bread, anyway try a few different kinds to see which you like. Just dont buy regular plastic white bread. Get some good honey, get a spoon and nicely strategically cover the pieces of bread with it (not too much, just to basically cover it) and wait 10 mins. Its much better once the bread soaks it in a bit and its slightly crunchy also. I love orange juice with it, though its best to drink it before it (for the stomach).
If youre not too much for sweet things, get some corn (or regular, again avoid normal white) toast, get it toasted and smear tartex paste over it. Its delicious. Either the regular one or the one with mediterran spices, even the mushroom ones a good. Have some tea with it.
