I just got swapped over to night shifts at work and I was wondering if anyone had any advice on the 'healthiest' stimulant I can use repeatedly along with proper diet and suppliments. I know extended use of any drug is not healthy but I'm hoping to get to the point where I only have to dose on the days where I'm dead tired.
Currently I'm going through some alpha-pvp and I've yet to have any negative effects (Although its only been 2 days since I got it). I have previous experience with perscription stims and illicit ones. So far I quite enjoy the clear headedness of alpha but I'm not finding very much in terms of conclusive information on extended use of it which is kinda off putting.
Any advice at all on either decreasing the impact of alpha-pvp on your body or a 'healther' alternative would be much appriciated!
