Health Benefits of Tea

^ Peppermint tea is damn good. I like to the the twinnings peppermint tea selection thingy, the chamomile and spearmint one is great at nighttime/bedtime.

Aye and the Eucalyptus/Peppermint is the tits aswell.

Peppermint is handpicked from the finest Win plants in all the world, did you know.

It's all about the chamomile too....I also cant just have 1 teabag in a mug CUZ IM CAAARZRZZZYYYYY but I like to dump many types of different ones in there.

Lemon and Ginger is good aswell (another twinings sununvabitj). Chamomile teabag with a Valerian at night is actually incredibly useful for helping nod off to the land of Z's. Also it accentuates my dreams quite a bit.

You must be a fellow UKer? From whence do you hail, minion?

white tea all the way. the most catechins, the best flavour.

I'm on the saturated fat and white tea diet.

Yogi Teas - they are amazing, and pack a punch more than your usual herbal teas - spices and blended herbs.

Favourite ones would be Echinacea (good to boost your imumune system in general); Breathe Deep (Eucalyptus etc) which is great for colds, and I always drink a bunch of green tea and/or rooibos the days(+few days after) doing some drugs, alongside the vit C and antioxidant-containing fruits I have on these days too.

Apart from these I drink other herbal teas, like calming chamomile, or sometimes knock-out Valerian Root & Hops tea.

My current favorite tea is Trader Joe's Ruby Red Chai (Rooibos chai)

I'm on a diet where I can have basically zero sugar of any form so when I want something sweet I make a cup with some stevia.. goes really well with the cinnamony taste of the tea. It also goes really well with a bit of coconut milk that's had weed simmered in it

Unfortunately I also have to avoid caffeine so I've had to give up my other favorite - Gyokuro green tea - for now

^ I really like plain Rooibos less the chai.

Don't anyone dare tell me they enjoy kombucha tea...........

Breathe Deep is currently brewing as we speak :) I also am enjoying a cup of Women's Health :p And listening to Nicola Conte as I enjoy a spot of gardening and filing my nails... %)

LATER IM GONNA EAT RAW MEAT AND PUNCH PUPPIES WITH MY DICK

That sounds much gayer than if you had just left it to gardening and drinking PMS tea....like ten times gayer...with a hint of bestiality too...damn man u ok?

My favorite is just plain old dark black tea, no milk, no sugar. Barry's Gold Blend from Ireland.
I drink it in the morning, its relaxing in that its a nice morning ritual, a great way to start my day.

At night I prefer my own herbal blend: Hibiscus, Spearmint, Peppermint, Lemon Balm, Lemon Grass, German Chamomile, and English Lavender. Its a soothing night-time tea that tastes wonderful both hot and cold and can be adjusted in flavor widely (more hibiscus for a tart drink, more peppermint for a minty drink etc)

I have some bagged teas from brands like Stash, lipton, tetly, bigelow, celestial seasonings, PG tips, tea of life, and bently's I buy them when they're on sale.

I mainly have loose tea leaves from various black teas, green teas, a few white teas, rooibos/red tea, tisane which is dried fruit, yerba mate, and herbs like spearmint that I mainly use. I found them cheaper than bagged teas and they do taste better too. I just put either hot or boiling water over the leaves in a measuring cup let them steep for however long they're supposed to and then pour the tea into a strainer over a cup. You should easily be able to find loose tea for sale in your area at places that sell it, or you can order it online from sites like Adagio or Stash tea.

orange or ginger tea with lots of sugar hehe and im pretty sure the health benefits are nil on those but theres an asian market not far from where Im at that has the hardcore stuff ;)

I like Stash brand peppermint tea a alot. Celestial Seasonings decaf green/mint tea is good also because I appreciate the health benefits of green tea along with the anti-inflammatory/digestive benefits of mint team. Plus, mint tea tastes and smells great.

I also drink Liver Peace Tea. It was recommended by a traditional chinese medicine practitioner for its anxiolytic effects. It contains Cassia seed, Green tea, Wolfberry fruit, Ginkgo leaf, Sophora flower, and Chrysanthemum flower.

LOL I'm such a fiend for 2 bags too, I also never actually take the bags out, I just leave em in the whole time.

oh and I'm from the best city in all the land, Brizzle (seriously, not to be rude but we are pretty magical). How about you??

Also, valerian is weird for me, first time I tried it it seemed to work, but after that once its had no effect! :(.

Oh yeah! I just leave my teabas in to stew aswell....often I will have 4 or 5 different teabags in there (though usually when I have that much I will have to take them out right before I drink it otherwise i'm just having a mug of teabags)

I'm from the best country in all the land, Ecosse.Highlands of Scotialandz. I've heard good things about Bristoliansandbristolingeneral.com

Does chamomile work for you?

Where my Tea Drinkers at?

Hey guys, Long time coffee drinker here. Every morning I usually have a cup of coffee or a espresso.

Anyways lately i've had some really bad stomach aches in the morning. Coffee definently doesn't help it.

In a pinch, I talked to a friend that said green tea has

1. Anti-oxidants
2. Some Caffeine, not as strong as black tea, not as weak as white tea. Mid range.
3. Great taste!

I'm drinking some Jasmine Green Tea right now. I'm wondering why more people dont drink tea these days with all the benefits.
