Haven't rolled in 8 years, need help understanding the difference - EXPERIENCED

I'd really like to see one thread in this forum where you don't go on about your special e-diet.

hahaha, have you tried it yourself?
Seriousllyyyyy i only tell people about it, as its very good harm reduction I think.

- Less mdma required to get desired effects
- Lesser comedown or no comedown at all after using mdma (responsibly of course)
- All natural ways to obtain these effects its so simple and to be frank its mdmazing
How selfish of me would it be to keep what i think are direct links to mdma , Under my nose eh?
P.L.U.R everybody :)

Ingest less chemicals, Build more chemicals that you are trying to release from your brain up to full 100% thats the theory anyway.

I just want people to have the chance to experience a full on loved up amazing mdma experience like i do :)

That's all good man, and although I do appreciate the community-minded attitude, you're posting it all over the forum. I think I came across three different threads just this morning where you link someone to your diet. Just sayin'.

Also, I'm pretty skeptical that this could do anything more than act as a placebo. Unfortunately, I cannot try it, because I am vegan, and most of this diet isn't too vegetarian-friendly, but I feel like it's the same thing as how people discuss all this "post/pre-loading" BS all over here... I think it just makes you more excited because it makes the whole "drug experience" last longer than the drug itself... If you're "pre-loading" with drugs/supplements/food in your days prior, you're gonna be constantly thinking about how stoked you are to roll, and then when you take MDMA, a drug that gets you REALLY HIGH, you're like, "Oh man! It must have been the tuna fish!"

It's just the MDMA.

Edit: Just so I don't sound like some asshole, I'll just say this: Do whatever gets you excited, but at the end of the day, I think that the important thing (that has been stated many, many times on this site, and is probably just common sense) is: Don't eat garbage, exercise somewhat regularly, get enough sleep on a regular basis, and don't do too many other drugs.

To me, your diet thing should be more of a "just eat well in general" sort of message, rather than a strict regimen.

How is raising your bodies serotonin levels a placebo?

I'm just incredibly skeptical that serotonin levels would be raised by any noticeable amount. Also, i don't think eating certain foods for a week or whatever is gonna have that much of an effect. I'm much more willing to buy the notion that piracetam actually does help with this... Not tuna fish and sunlight.

Look,
If you come out with me when I roll, you would definately realise i am on to something.

People who have raved for 6 Years nearly twice - three times a month have said they have NEVER seen anyone get hit by mdma so hard, and i take less than other people too,
But they only started saying this since i did my "E-Diet"
They all ask me "what foods is it you eat again"

But its kinda futile, as they have taken too much mdma over the years and also they dont wait like i do,
i think you need to wait as well as eat those foods, as your neuro receptors "Re-Wire" so pair both the wait and the diet together, and it is going to be the most amazing time of your life.

Surely some of the foods on my list are vegan friendly??
I have been adding and adding to it, bearing in mind peoples different diet situations.

My first time on pure crystals mdma, It was actually same batch ,
Was great but its not a PATCH since i do this E-Diet.
I am excited for the end of this month ill be Rolling again :)

In my opinion, you dont deserve to Judge, or be skeptical of my "E-Diet" unless you have actually tried it.

The difference I'm trying to understand is that back 8 years ago I would ALWAYS get nausea and throw up. The other difference was my eyes not rolling up and not feeling that intense euphoria. I used to feel those things after eating only 1 single good pill /QUOTE]

It seems that I never see anyone describe that effect anymore.

To everyone

K so here's a question for all of you who've tried or know about the powder molly. How much do you normally have to take in order to roll hard? Do you go all at once or space it out?

Other info on my end... I have vitamin deficiencies, potassium deficiency and calcium, which I've been neglecting to take my supplements for a few months... Started back on those today.

Going to try the diet and wean off Zoloft... will let you know how much better the next roll is. But I need to know a dose amount. I have a feeling that today's batches are weaker than what was going around in 1998.
