I'd really like to see one thread in this forum where you don't go on about your special e-diet.

That's all good man, and although I do appreciate the community-minded attitude, you're posting it all over the forum. I think I came across three different threads just this morning where you link someone to your diet. Just sayin'.
Also, I'm pretty skeptical that this could do anything more than act as a placebo. Unfortunately, I cannot try it, because I am vegan, and most of this diet isn't too vegetarian-friendly, but I feel like it's the same thing as how people discuss all this "post/pre-loading" BS all over here... I think it just makes you more excited because it makes the whole "drug experience" last longer than the drug itself... If you're "pre-loading" with drugs/supplements/food in your days prior, you're gonna be constantly thinking about how stoked you are to roll, and then when you take MDMA, a drug that gets you REALLY HIGH, you're like, "Oh man! It must have been the tuna fish!"
It's just the MDMA.
Edit: Just so I don't sound like some asshole, I'll just say this: Do whatever gets you excited, but at the end of the day, I think that the important thing (that has been stated many, many times on this site, and is probably just common sense) is: Don't eat garbage, exercise somewhat regularly, get enough sleep on a regular basis, and don't do too many other drugs.
To me, your diet thing should be more of a "just eat well in general" sort of message, rather than a strict regimen.
The difference I'm trying to understand is that back 8 years ago I would ALWAYS get nausea and throw up. The other difference was my eyes not rolling up and not feeling that intense euphoria. I used to feel those things after eating only 1 single good pill /QUOTE]
It seems that I never see anyone describe that effect anymore.
