I, personally, would go to the Vicodin first, because that would be hydrocodone, and though there is a ton of cross-tolerance, it is still not oxycodone. What I'd do is start at 2.5 mg hydrocodone four times a day (every six hours), which should last you the first five days, then take 2.5 mg oxycodone four times a day (every six hours) the last five days - that would take you through all of your pills (the five Percocet 10's and the ten Vicodin 5's), and last you the ten days. It will still be very shitty, but not as bad as dropping to nothing at all. I would recommend doing a cold turkey cut if the refill wouldn't come in to probably 20 days or more, but I don't think it'd be worth it for just ten days. But, you have to sort of pick your poison, and clean-cut cold turkey opiate wd's are just horrible (even though tapering your opioid of choice to kick your habit will often lead to more agony, depending on the person, his/her particular habit's course of progression and length, and the opioid - but, from what I understand you want to be as comfortable as possible and not taper to kick your particular habit). I am writing this assuming that you wish to go back to the 60 mg to 75 mg/day when you can get your refill. If you would really want to kick it altogether, that it'd be totally different. For the ten days where you won't have enough, I'd also supplement with some Imodium (generic is loperamide) at a regimen of about 4 mg four times a day (every six hours), which should help some considering the drastic drop. Other comfort drugs with which you have experience, obviously you can use with caution and prudence to help out the symptoms of wd's caused by the drop in dose.
Hope this helps.
