Has the use of other drugs affected the high you experience?

Yes, ever sense my first time rolling, times i get high either just weed or with anything else feels a bit different. The highs are a more mellow and psychedelic, less of a super stony high i would normally get. Also ever sense i started rolling my eyes never got red after blazing, my eyes used to get super bloodshot but now they dont change at all.

smoking bongs on a hippyflip was so beautiful. as with opium, inhaling seemed to do nothing, taste of nothing, the exhalation however was divine. a classic taste of weed was all over my tongue and mouth , my oev's were a red and gold filigree 'net' overlaying reality, this was in daylight; the longer i breathed out the higher i got.

the compulsion to do it again was as irresistible as re-experiencing christmas day as a 6 year old.

weed = top hat 4 a hippyflip
%)
what i should have also said in the above post, in reply to the o.p. - sorry

since then whenever i go out into the country and smoke bongs, the high is far more psychedelic and reminiscent of that trip than jus sitting around smoking indoors could ever be. the set and setting recreates echoes of the whole experience beautifully

it's true what they say fresh air really does get yuo high...

...especially if yuo've had drugs first %)

yes- ever since i smoked salvia i have intense visuals every time i smoke. its very nice.
and also opiates- took away the very comfy feeling i used to get from smoking

Weed has become kind of boring to me. After using "hard" drugs, weed is just kind of mehh.

^I can understand that viewpoint, but I don't think the properties that weed has will ever grow old for me. When I get my hands on a super potent strain, it almost is like another drug. For reference, I have experience with MDx, LSD, Saliva, many Benzos, muscle relaxants, and plenty of opiates. I've never done any of these habitually, however.

im pretty sure it did for me as well..the first time i smoked after the first time i did acid, everything was moving in picture frames and we went and saw jackass 2- i almost died of laughter in some bits (even the trailers lol)

Didn't find a thread like this sorry if there's already one etc.

I've smoked weed for almost 6 yrs now and it wasn't until this year, that I started experimented with another drug (ecstasy) on a regular basis. Little by little my weed highs have been getting a lot more complex and psychedelic.

Before, my thoughts were affected in that they were more rapid etc... but lately my thoughts have become pictures. Not full on hallucinations.. not even visuals, but in the middle of a thought I'll think of an image. Sometimes my mind will also fill the end of my visual field for a sec ex: I was in the garage and I could barely see the door, but for a sec in my head the door was open and the outside light would come in. When I blinked and looked it was closed. This is different from hallucinations and visuals as they are not present in front of me.. more of the way as when you remember a picture.. and they are almost always in black and white.

The body high has also changed but I have trouble trying to describe it. It just feels like I am able to feel and think further then before.

I haven't rolled since Halloween, so it's not when I combine them 8)
Actually this has never happened when I combine both drugs.

Just wondering for other people that are habitual acid/x/etc users, have you noticed a change in your high?

That's exactly what I've always felt on weed... even before psychs.

Well, I don't think I had as much anxiety when I smoked before my dramamine overdose. I think the weed smoking itself was a large part of it though. It changes over the months. Also, the weed seems to be bringing back minor symptoms of HPPD from that experience, like creepy doors. I think it would've been this way anyway, but the overdose sped up the visual deterioration caused by the weed.
I had a 450mg DXM experience, and the CEVs that I get from weed are slightly more DXM-like, but not by much. On its own, CEVs get more vivid and OEVs get more subtle as time goes by.

i did some pretty outrageous doses of 2c-i and ever since i have had profound trailing of lights when i get way high in low light..... like if i look at my cell phone there's a little square chasing it..
