Bupe Has anyone used the $75 coupon more than once in a month?

75 Dollars off on one prescription? That sounds like a lot to save, how much does a prescription of Suboxone 8mg cost WITHOUT health insurance? My klonopin are like $2, why are these subs so rediculously expensive

My friend said that his sub Dr just switched him to the strips. I'm pretty sure he told me that even with the coupon he had to pay like $275 for 45 strips, or maybe it was $275 without the coupon. Either way it's still crazy expensive. His only complaint though was that his pharmacy doesn't stock the strips and wouldn't order them for him unless he paid for them before hand and got the whole script at once. So I guess he went back to the Dr. and got switched back to the pills so that he didn't have to pick up the entire script at once.

As for injecting Suboxone; check out the Suboxone megathread and definitely check out the Micron Filtering thread by Captain.Heroin. I've been IVing sub for quite a while as it requires a much smaller dose than taking it normally, so I save some money, and I just prefer to take my chemicals through my blood stream.

As for the whole withdrawal thing associated with IVing suboxone. As long as you wait until you are deep into opiate withdrawal before taking the sub, you will not suffer from precipitated withdrawal. Personally, I can IV suboxone about 30 hours after taking my last shot of heroin as my withdrawal from heroin kicks in at about 18hrs or so.

I've used the coupons more than once. It's still bullshit though when your health insurance wont cover it. I have had the same problem with Rite Aid as the person above mentioned. They don't cary the strips unless you ask for them ahead and pay ahead of time.

I don't know how I could be much clearer. On the suboxone website is a coupon for $75 off your prescription at the pharmacy. It is valid at any pharmacy and takes 75 dollars off the total price of your prescription. So if you normally paid 100 bucks to get your prescription, now you would only pay 25. 100 - 75 = 25. I am sorry if I sound condescending right now but I'm literally trying to explain it in the simplest way possible.

I am about to head up to a different pharmacy to give this a try, I will post the results.

OK, I get it now. So it's useless here because both methadone syrup and Suboxone pills are given at the point of maintenance program. No pharmacies.

I am sure you can use it as many times as you want during the life span of the coupon. It says so right on the web site.

I have used the coupon 3 times already , but no more than once in a month . It says on the fine print you can use it as much as you can until march 30 2011. So I think you should be fine.
