thats a good guide, and they have a lot of info on what spots to hit and which ones not to use.
in general, your hands arent a great choice because there is less circulation there plus your veins are really small and delicate, plus its super visible (track marks) plus if you miss a shot it can swell up and hurt a lot and impair the use of your hand. is that enough reasons not to?
stargazer: thats just about the worst attempt at information i have ever seen. first you never want to inject into an artery. also, the whole shooting in the legs/feet isnt the best idea because there isnt great circulation down there and if you get a clot you could have to amputate your leg. unless you need to be SUPER secretive about your use, and you cant wear long sleeves or something, the feet should be a last resort.
