NEMD Grateful Dead Appreciation Thread

Well, I suggest completely skipping the studio albums, but other may disagree.

If I were you, I would get Europe '72, and Skull and Roses to get a taste of their classics and such. Mars Hotel is a great one also, and Dead Set.

China, you are getting me even more stoked! I caught both NYE shows, and was blown away by the intensity that I know has only gotten better and better.

I got my tickets for 3/5 and 3/6, but it feels like it's going to take forever to get here.

Not sure how your shows went, but they fuckin' blew me away. Incredible second night, not to mention the best acid I've ever had in parking lot, and I had my fair share ;)

Highlights for me were Sugaree, Morning Dew, Dark Star, and Samson and Delilah.

I saw the Patriot Cener and Atlantic City shows. They were both awesome! They were the pretty much the best post-Jerry Dead project shows I have ever seen.

Highlights:
Next Time You See Me, Sugaree, Lost Sailor>St. of Circumstance, Gloria, So Many Roads, Let it Grow, Crazy Fingers, DarkStar, Unbroken Chain... I could go on.

This band is fantastic! Can't wait to see them again in summer.

Did some one say Furthur Fest?

^HOLY CRAP. :D 8o

I hope I'm out of school by then. :\ I'm too nervous to look at my calendar and see LOL, dunno if I want to bear any bad news atm.

well i know i wont be bale to pulll that off this summer.

Ill have to settle for 1 night at All Good.

Maybe a couple more shows if some friends and family show kyndness <3

Why would you pay for a full weekend and only come to one nght of All Good?

Sorry ya'll can't make it. If they are doing more than two nights I know I will be goin' to Mountain Aire.

However, if they are just doing two nights, I will probably be hitting Allgood on my birthday. A birthday show would just be too fuckin' good.
