I have been intreagued lately by different methods of potentiation being added into his usual regiment of opiates to try to get every last bit out of the experience. Lately I have been consuming as much white grapefruit juice as I can find.
I searched google and Bluelight but could not find any info regarding the strength of inhibition of 1 whole white grapefruit as opposed to buying the juice version. I was wondering if eating the fruit had any stronger inhibition effects on cytochrome p450 than simply drinking a store bought juice.? Does anyone have any experience with this ? I have not yet tested this but has aquiired 2 ripe white grapefruits so I will be experimenting with tthe hypothesis that the fruit and pulp contain more inhibiting enzymes than found in juice / concentrated juice, the next time I take my usual dose of 30-40 mg Oxycodone and will report back with my findings. Any constructive criticism until then would be greatly appreciated. Thank you Bluelight!
