The Mexican Mormon War (Drug Cartels vs. Mormons Full Length)

The cartels of Juarez, Mexico, are at war with a group of Mormons, some of whom are related to Mitt Romney. We went there to document the conflict, meet Romney's Mormon family, and find out more about how US policy is impacting the war on drugs.

Ps - Horizon's seeing stars was cool

A good one that I watched recently is The House I Live In, its on netflix. Its about all the negative impacts and dirty facets of the war on drugs.

Forget about the subject matter
Here are two of the best documentaries of all time

from opposite ends of the spectrum

If you want to know how football works, or indeed how power rules and corrupts, these 2 docs are must watches.
The Barca one is probably the best documentary I have ever seen. It is so much more than football its about Catalonia , their identity and how Barca is part of the DNA there.

enjoy them now and thank me later

after the www in the address bar
type in the word "kiss"

then press enter
hey presto you can bypass the youtube and browser protection that does now allow you to download any clips in flv or WEBM or mp4

How come they chose QPR and not Chelsea? Anyway Ill give them a watch cheers :)

You will love em mendo k

The QPR one is mental, it should actually be mandatory viewing for anyone who wants to buy a club as it shows you in 90 minutes how NOT to run a club

The Barca one is great just cos the whole club is just mental and so politicised to begin with

Best documentary I watched recently was "UK's Scariest Debt Collector" by Vice. Followed some real hard cunts from Liverpool about, as they went about their business.

Cheers 4 teh Heads up TLM . That QPR one should be an eye opener :)

I am Watching the Barca doc again now.. in HD FTW
blimey the 35.50 min mark

The shit these guys have to put up with makes West Ham seem like a stroll in the park......

If you havent seen the doc yet, basically to be on the Barca board you have to pay a million quid ( non refundable) as a good faith bond

and then get dogs abuse thrown at you when Real Madrid beat you.
You couldnt pay me enough to be on the board of a team like Barca

actually, who am i kidding ...I would consider it an honor even with all the shit that comes with it !!!!( If I were a Barca fan of course)
good to see barnet boy edgar davids in it as well !!
Hands down the best sporting/social doc I have ever seen
A MUST watch

Brilliant to watch em back to back and see how Barca and QPR are run lol

Mccullin - doc about the war photographer Don Mccullin is great. "Photography is truth, if it's being handled by a truthful person"

BBC Storyville - Flipping Out - Israel's Drug Generation

Stacey Dooley investigates why Peru has taken the title of the world's cocaine capital.

Her journey starts in Lima where she meets the Brits locked up in Peru's jails for smuggling cocaine to Europe. Travelling into the countryside she then discovers how alarmingly easy it is for cocaine to be grown and produced here.

Stacey joins government forces as they launch a major crackdown in an attempt to destroy this multi-million dollar industry - but will the fightback be enough?

Finally she travels deep into the rainforest where farmers are growing a new super strain of coca plant. Able to grow in damp jungle conditions it threatens to open up millions of new acres to coca production and flood the world with even greater quantities of cocaine.

mostly rehashed stuff even the jungle coke lab looks like it was ripped straight of the internet but still got one or two interesting moments

Sinn Fein - The Cocaine Connection
This documentary looks at the sinister relationship between the far-right Irish catholic fundamentalist terrorist group 'Sinn Fein' and the Colombian drugs cartel FARC.

Cocaine War - Drug Mules | Colombia 2013
Nat geo, full, 2012/2013, The American Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) agents in Colombia investigate an elusive smuggling ring of American servicemen, capturing a drug mule posing as a mountain climber with liquid cocaine impregnated into his climbing rope. Later, a Colombian man gets busted
with pellets of cocaine in his stomach, and a father attempts to smuggle drugs out of Colombia with his 3-year-old daughter in tow.

^^ Not sure if those 2 are any good( first one looks like something Bravo or Channel 5 woud knock together) . But this one is
All the ESPN 30 for 30'S are great

The rise of Colombian soccer is attributed to the influx of drug money into the sport by Pablo Escobar and the other drug cartels. However, the team's swift decline after Escobar's death results in the murder of star player Andres Escobar.
