Tickle. It's the best they have to offer. Quite smooth with little to no side effects. The urge to motivate is not as intense as Dexedrine or Adderall, however. This is due to how subtle and smooth its. But, once you sit down on your given task, it goes to work. Let me know if you have any questions

i was actually jk about going to it for the meth. i have adderall right now, is desoxyn always prefered over addy? also are doctors hesitant about prescribing it?
 
It really depends. You would think the obvious answer is, yes. But, some people really do prefer Adderall as it really pushes people to do their work. With that being said, I think the majority of people suffer from Adderall's not so great side effects.

As a result, most people opt for Dexedrine (D-Amphetamine). This is pure Amphetamine as opposed to Adderall's mixture of 4 salts (One of which being the Levo which creates a bulk of the side effects).

Desoxyn, however, is Methamphetamine as you stated. This, unfortunately, does have a bad reputation amongst doctors and carries around a stigma. It is not often prescribed but if you are honest with your doctor and explain to them the issues you have with Adderall, you could at least try Dexedrine for the time being.

Desoxyn is viewed as a medication with high abuse potential. Oddly enough, if you take it in its prescribed dose, it's so smooth, you have no desire to indulge.

I have tried the combination and felt the tums amplified the awful side effects instead of enhancing the positive ones. With that said, many people swear by the combination. It won't hurt you to try it out.

I have experience with Dexedrine, as well, and it is quite useful. I think you will find a noticeable difference between Dexedrine and Adderall if you ever come to try Dexedrine. It's much smoother and allows you to focus on your work.

Alot of people prefer adderall and dexedrine to desoxyn, mainly due to the fact that adderall and dexedrine come in much higher doses than desoxyn, which only comes in 5mg.
 
Well, the dose thing should not be an issue with amphetamine and methamphetamine. Like morphine and hydromorphone, both are the same parent drug. Hydrogenate morphine and a much smaller dose has the same activity as morphine. 4-8 mg. of dalaudid will work as well 2-3 times as much morphine. Same with amines. Methyl group is a better fit in the world of mono amine activity, so a much smaller dose of desoxyn, 5 mg. will work as well as ~ 10-15mg. dex. or 20-30 mg. dextro/levo amphetamine. Methedrine also has a levo isomer, you'll find it in a vick's inhaler. Old street meth made from p-2-p was a dextro/levo mix, and there people who liked it as well.
 
Actually man, for the hydromorphone deal you actually need to make it a saturated ketone at the 3-carbon for it to be more active; so, on a mg per mg basis, hydromorph is five times stronger than morphine assuming both ROA's are the same. At one point I was actually switched from morphine to hydromorphone, so that's one way that I've obtained the knowledge--I'm definitely not trying to flame you or anything. IV hydromorphone is 8x stronger than ORAL morphine, but that's another topic unto itself.
