Glass Syringe

I'm from New Zealand and they have great needle exchange programes and they just exchange the needles, syringes for no charge, plus they give you the ciggie filters, alcohol wipes and sharpes containers free of charge, even condoms. The only things you have to pay for is the sterile water and micron syringe wheel filters and of course your drugs ;)
After reading that not everwhere in the world has these free exchanges I feel lucky, big ups to the government I always get 100 at a time.

As for needle gauge size, my junkie mate who introduced me to IVing 3 months ago uses 26g and used to blow on the needle while inserting the needle to help stop the sting and it worked, but looking back at what I have been reading in these forums it wasn't the most hygenic things to do, especially as she works in the sex industry.
I noticed a big difference just going up from the 26g to the smaller 27g, and in the last week have been using the 30gauge needles and looking back at her 26g needles, they seemed to feel like huge rusty nails. The only thing I have found is I have to be more accurate with the finer gauge needles but the good thing is smaller needles don't leave track marks, but I always use an alcohol wipe first and apply pressure to injection site afterwards for about two minutes and I can wear short sleaves while having diner with the folks lol :)

^Well as this is a two year old thread debating the plausibility of a reusable glass syringe I think I'm going to let it rest in peace.
