pah...london...you could walk it. From up north to reading its broken glass on the roads and ill be slithering on my belly all the way there.

Not that its strictly necessary but one must show willing.

last weekends Sanctuary has wetted my appetite for the main course! mmmmmmmm, gladeyliscous

Heh, last year I had been working at a fucking awful (but well paid) job which I had then quit to go to glade - bouncing off the walls didn't even come close...

This year I've had to enter into the child slave trade in order to get enough money to come down... But I will be there - body armour, gas mask and inflatable sheep in tow.

Sanctuary was mild mannered compared to the stupidity I'm gonna get into at glade - plus hippies have better drugs.

Come the fook on =D =D =D =D

You know it, it was TAME in comparision!

For anyone without a ticket but wanting to go:

Hi there... If you have not already got a ticket for the Glade and you want to come... There's now only one way! You need to come and help... Please do not apply to work if you already have a ticket. The tickets are being packed as we speak and no changes or refunds can be made here at all.... (Sorry ;-()!!) We are short of volunteer stewards and litter pickers... Litter Pickers are our wonder beings that keep the site as clean as possible as we go through the event. If you're up for it then email us at [email protected]. You need to do 3 six hour shifts and be available from Thursday, 19th July to Wednesday, 25th July. There's more to it than that but you will know your shifts before the festival... We'll explain more if you get in contact... Stewarding is being organised by OXFAM and requires you to work 3 x 8 hour shifts... You get fully trained and also will help to raise a boat load of money for OXFAM. OXFAM do an enormous amount of positive work on this planet of ours and your efforts directly assist their cause.. The Glade is paying £30,000 towards their goal for 2007 and it's your free work that generates it... If you're keen, then go to http://www.oxfam.org.uk/stewards and follow the instructions. That's it for now... We can't wait for the festival to get going.. itching we are!!! Do a sundance!!!! xxx http://www.gladefestival.com

Fairenoughski - just though it might help out those without tickets - looks like being a wet affair, whatever :(

wet....dry......snowing.....whatever the weather it'll be fucking awesome.

If a bit of rain can spoil your party then you deserve to get soaked and cry about it in your tent!! :D

Mudfights if it does rain..... watch your backs ;)

I never said it would spoil my party and I certainly won't be staying in my tent if it does rain. I'll just be crying while I stomp away in front of the Origin stage ;p
I've done one wet festival already this year. It didn't dampen our spirits but it would certainly have been much nicer if it had been dry.

Long range forecasts are shit, the more wet weekends we have then statistically more chance we've got of seeing a decent one.

Roll on glade. =D

Hmmm one show I was at it fucking absolutely pissed it down everyone was very muddy 'n' damp the only cure was booze 'n' drugs !!! So beware !;) #

Land of the mudpeople that's what its like. Wrestling goes down well though!

I've had a lot of fun at mudbath festivals but it's still better when the weather is warm and dry.

Much less likely to go home ill too :\
