Glade 2006

I'm Glading again this year, after last time which was fabtastic! Its getting excitingly close as well.

I took about £100 last year and that did me comfortably. Also meant I avoided the huge queues at the cash machines.
 
Last year I spent hideous amounts of cash. To be fair I did go there with a carte blanche so to speak. Easily spent £300, I really dont know how. Actually I do drink and K. I would recommend not taking food. Last year for £1.50 or maybe £2 you could get cheese toasties. The other food generally is quite expensive i.e around a fiver for a plate of food. It as quite nice though.
They have lockers so I would recommend bringing loads of cash and putting the cash in the safe lockers. The cash machines charge and last year there were only two. The queues were just plain silly.

hows the northern people getting there? are there buses running from leeds/manchester area?
 
Is anyone travelling from the bristol area? I drive and so may be able to help.

Are we going to set up a camp or is that too complicated. Do i need to arrive thurs to get a good tent spot?
 
Loads of alcohol (Its seriously easy to get in) (£30 - £40)
Loads of drugs (£100 or so)
£100 for food, more drugs, random shit, spending money..
£10 petrol, split between liftee's


So the whole things gonna cost me about £250. That should be me sorted!

Well this place will be dead for a few days.

Getting a copy of the DVD in an hour or so,really looking forward to watching that.

Need to see the shift pattern , do people bring kids like ?? You seen that before, anywhere quiet for them to get to kip etcetera .
I was thinking of going by myself or just with the missus.

quite a few people had kids last year. But i think the majority of them were with people in camper vans .I seem to remember some kind UV lit play area right by the psytrance stage.
