WOOHOOOO!!!!!!

I managed to get 2 tickets today!! Looks like I'm going after all. Can we have an updated list of who's going please and if anyone is getting a lift from around the Portsmouth area (Southampton, Bournemouth, Bognor etc...), any room for a spare arse??

Can i ask what is maybe a silly question.

It is not all psy trance is it, i see some hardcore and stuff like hellfish and producer. I need the banging techno, i like ceephax and stuff like that.

If glade were a pill and psytrance was methamphetamine would i eat it (assuming i do not like meth)? What are the proportions?

I will be going if all goes well with the itchy trigger finger on thurs at 12.

20% psytrance, I would eat it if I were you. Psy has the biggest stage (coz it's outdoor)

The main stage has a healthy dose of aphex/plaid/squarepusher types and other brilliant live acts, massive variety, ceephax played it 2 years ago.

and there's a whole tent dedicated to the wrong music scene and nasty acid, always packed, ceephax played here last year.

and breaks, breaks like you wouldn't believe

and some amazing chillout artists

there's also a housey type stage, it never gets massively busy though.
 
Cheers andy, is there much just decent old fashioned 4/4 909 kick techno with the squelchy noises?

I need some subhead style shenanigans, i ma not sure about all this broken beat wonky techno and i assume wrong music is similar.
 
no dedicated tent, but i can pretty much guarantee it'll get played somewhere... check the lineup for the main tent, I'm sure I heard some amazing detroit in there. Can't remember who it was though, I was on many, many drugs at the time!
 
I wonder out loud if i can find DOC and 2ci there. I'm sure my appetites will be sated one way or another.

depends on so much! You taking any of your own food? will you be eating much at all? how much you wanting to spend on drugs/drink? Taking drink? Give some details and I'll give you a quote :D
 
Heheh.. Due to the fact I have no idea how I'm getting there yet, I'll probably be keeping food to a bear minimum, a crate for the first night and I'll probably bring a few other supplies for myself, but hopefully just buy everything else there...

I figured there would be loads of healthy hippy shit going for when i did need food.


I was just planning on taking a couple of hundred quid for grub/booze and rare chems..... I take it there is a cash point on site too??
 
Well most the meals there are big enough to share (notably the african mixed plate and noodles and tempura if same food suppliers as last year :D) so food could be done under £10/day easily even if you brought nothing, there's generally illegitimate supermarkets anyway to buy essentials at non-extortionate prices. Beer is expensive though (For Northerners) I think almost £3 a pint so you could spend quite a lot if you plan on drinking much.
Drugs seems to be plentiful and pretty cheap! (4 hits of acid for £10 I think I paid last year) so depending on what you want not much needs to be spent.
Can't rememeber the cash machine situation so it's best to always have a bit on you, think I spent about £120 last year but was paying for pretty much everything for Kate as well so maybe £70 - 80 you could do it on easily if you wanna be comfortable and eat when and what you want etc but less if you can scrimp and save.

There was one I'm sure just can't remember where. That'll be enough readies. Food def not essential but good to have around at least a little bit even just a tiny amount for keeping energy up (carby type stuff).
