I'm wondering if taking these two supplements will cause me harm the ginkgo is 60 mg and the ginseng is 100 mg should I be cautious? And what a reasonable amount to take I'm 20 female and I weigh about 110lb. Thanks for your help

lately i've been having up to three x 2000mg of ginkgo daily, and many days over the last couple of months i've had 10 ginkgo .... i dunno if they're called berries or nuts, but yeah ten of them. my mother in law said any more than that and they can be a little harmful. i would either do my supplements or the fresh stuff.

60mg.... you'll be fine.

check out my thread on an interesting side effect i found on ginkgo

I need that side effect I'm always wishing there was more time in the day its only been my second day taking them I'm curious if I will notice any difference

you might need to do more than 60mg. i was getting time dilation on just one 2000mg supplement with breakfast every day (even when the recommended dose is 3/day).
