I found my way to conquer social anxiety was to get some proper clothing, lots of Versace, Armani, D&G.

Dress proper and you'll feel like a million bucks. I mean if I seen a lass shopping at Poundland and I've got on me Versace trackie I know if I approach her she'll probably be wetting her knickers innit. Try my approach it won't leave you with any nasty symptoms, perhaps more expensive than benzos having to go out and buy new clothing each season, tanning, getting your haircut, but it works wonders.

Yeh did that years ago when i lost all confidence, does help alot. You dont need designer gear though, just need to look alright. Its not what you wear, but how you wear it

Does anyone know if the fabled BT censorship of drug sites ever happened? We've been on an old contract, but are upgrading to unlimited, and am scared that the new contract will introduce the censorship.

As for the censorship... nope, it's not currently in force if it ever will be. I suspect it will be optional or part of family safety measure if implanted. This isn't China after all.
