Same here, felt it may be COVID but tested negative. Had the most bizarre dreams from it too. Totally lucid which was an experience.

Had some strong gear a few hours ago which fixed my headache, had weird yellow disks in my vision this morning & totally lost all my taste too.

@axe battler listened to that podcast about alice ruggles. fucking hell. gotta say, the house mate did sound a bit funny, but she was doing a way better job than i would i probably wouldn't even be able to talk.

i found it hard to listen to though. shortly after she was killed i was having to call the police often due to domestic violence. not a thing had changed. they never ever did anything about what was done to me cos there was 'no evidence' - no evidence, a guy threatening to break my legs while on the phone to 999, which the operator heard, then on the same call trying to break my fingers, having massive bruises all the way round my arms from being grabbed and dragged. they didn't even take pictures. he would come shouting outside in the middle of the night calling me a whore and demanding i give him a dark. thankfully some of my neigbours were sympathetic and corroborated my claims. still, nothing. he would have fucking killed me if i hadn't left norwich.

you'd think after someone got murdered due to police inaction, they would get their shit together, apparently not. especially not for people with very obvious and severe drug problems.

It's TRAGIC imho, why the fuck would you take on one of these dogs when you should KNOW they can solve puzzles, walk backwards on ropes, open locks, jump up walls etc. Even a basic 5 minute video on youtube SHOWS these aren't an average dog & aren't happy with just a walk once a day. Lucky for me as I'm on JSA I could spend several hours a day teaching it to dance, climb trees etc & as I prefer the company of animals to humans it's a win win for me.

3 of these dogs all under 2, I bet they were ALL lockdown dogs too, some Owner who's middle class with a kid or kids & wife, in their late 20's or early 30's, wants a dog to take to the park in their Volvo & walk it for 30 mins each day after work, they get a fucking Malinois then after a few months Cannot deal with the work so they give it up.
Those kind of people are Scum imho, nobody gives a fuck how the dog feels about it!!!!!!!!!!

I mentioned in the above post, dogs home specials and indeed they are.
The dogs home don't mention one important part, 'can or can't stay home alone' (without tearing the place apart...)

Food agression, had one of them before, they're dominant prey drive driven animals, other dogs and cats generally no on all of them unless socialized at an early age.

That dogs home says possibly on ghost with other dogs yet states 'single household' none of these dogs can live with children lol.
Ghost in theory sight unseen should be the best companion out of those three if you want to stay single for quite a few years want to be billy no mates bar the pooch.


I'll try and take a video of my one what that means in practice and how he reacts to other dogs, he's pretty docile in comparison to other Malinois tbh I can film him
His teeth brushed my legs a few months ago without a biting attempt, he wanted to have a go at another dog, too late to correct him.
A few days later he wanted to do the same thing I corrected him on the spot before his teeth reached my leg.
He hasn't attempted it since.

Got home a bit earlier than anticipated, pooch walking time.

and no you don't have to train them daily, once a week is enough for mental stimulation, daily exercise even in thunderstorms/wind/rain that one is necessary, every day preferably let off the leish too...in theory it happens twice daily here for one hour in total and I do 5 miles minimum, today and some other days it's only been 2.7 miles and once only.

Without daily exercise even the best trained dog won't listen.
