considering 40mg kind of obliterated me for a good 6 hours a couple of weeks ago I'm not sure why 60 appealed tonight but must go make tea and toast while I can still get off the sofa..

I cannot hold myself responsible for any further utterances this evening - but there will be NO FUN tolerated on this 'ere board

I've been better tbh mate, but I'm resilient. Phoenix from the ashes and all that jazz. Dislocated my damn shoulder twice in 2 weeks which isn't great but I'll save you the rest of the sob story. In any case, I'm making and going through some changes.
