Yo, I am crew now, more than month bupre-free, 2 weeks completely off alcohol, gonna quit clonazepam and weed too for urine tests and score statement from doctor I NEED state-funded psychotherapy (gonna go for CBT). Possibly gonna get back on weed, tho'. It is magnificent medicine, but I am welcoming stability associated to sober life too. Quitting screen addictions too, which is the primary reason I crewed myself. Gonna focus on relationships, welding studies and sports. Might get on games like ARMA III and PoE at some point, but social medias and forums need to be consumed like 10 % of what it used to be, if at all. Aside of that, I've just not had motivation or energy.

It has been a pleasure to proceed in this journey with you and I will visit every now and then.

I drink hellalot NA beer, this a le coq zero is pretty good.

I agree with you on the weed, it's NOT a "drug" pre se & I have used it for so many things.
Usually if I have some around & I was getting dope sick I would always have 2 good bongs which always helped with muscle cramps, stomach ache, lack of sleep etc, most people say if they are in opiate withdrawl smoking weed makes it 1000 times worse but for me it's the total opposite.

I wish you the best luck with your choice, for me I find sober life way too much to deal with, I have to have something to unwind after a day is ending.
When I used to work at the local NHS hospital in the stock room taking all kinds of stuff to the various wards I would look forward to that moment when I put the key in the door to my flat when work was done, I would stick the music on (usually Supreme Clientele by Ghostface Killah) make a strong Coffee then suck a few bongs, if I had some Heroin around I would start to smoke that too with the coffee & kick back till 11pm when I would go to bed.

I really cannot imagine life 100% sober, I have a real issue in dealing with the shit of life but if you can I wish you the best my brother.

I did wonder where you had gone tbh, I was going to give it another 2 weeks & if you had not posted I was gonna ask if you were ok & if anyone had been in touch with you.

A sensible person must have looked at it and fucked it off.

Fortunately gabapentinoids does not show up for that long in tests, maybe a week, so I can, and actually should too for purposes of tapering clonazepam, take it intermittently, so I probably won't integrate into total soberity as lifestyle but I will be exclusively on caffeine for a short while before tests. And carry on from there, but basically it is difficult for me to see much of any point in, like, 95 % of drugs.

It is a lot of work to deal with life without always solving problems with different compounds, but so is dealing with side effects and problems associated to solving problems with drugs. Commonly with drugs.

It's definitely magnificent after-work medication (also other scenarios)

Priceless really in the way in helps you (well, me) wind down. I reckon I get about 2/3 hours extra chill time of an evening thanks to cannabis. So if using 4 working nights a week that's an extra 10 hours of chill per week. Could easily make the difference between burnout or not.

I have made a deliberate effort to avoid engaging with you. I find your habitual sycophancy and furtive, self-serving conduct not merely distasteful, but fundamentally contemptible. I suggest you extend me the same courtesy of distance. Any further attempt at engagement will be interpreted as deliberate provocation rather than coincidence.
