Looks to be going the way of cities like San Fransisco where any person who shoplifts items of a value of less than $1500 the policy of store staff, security, and the police, is not to intervene and not to prosecute.

Not surprisingly the result has been a disaster. A free for all. Most of the stores in the downtown area are are now closed and boarded up.

Who comes up with these crazy ideas and who allows them to come to pass?

San Fransisco is a beatiful historic city in an amazing setting, but the social problems and inequality they have there are going to be one hell of a problem to sort out. It could be argued in many ways that London is going the same way, although the issues haven't become as extreme yet.

I went out to challenge my pessimist predictions. They came mostly true, but I had fun. Now I am just attempting to shut off my central nervous system. I can't find vaporizer charger so I need to go out and buy one cigarette from someone for percolator hits.

First 25 minutes of the day was just okay, then my obsessive-compulsive personality disorder infiltrated my mindspace with cognition "are you sure you don't need to repeat the compulsion?" wHICH i DID, and fucked it up, it did not match my obsession, Then I progressed into panic, I took half galenika rivotril to top that I did yesterday, finally scored beer and I think I am fine again, but will repeat the cycle estimated 5-20 times today; but I have moment of peace now.

Can you just give the police random peoples addresses and the police will then chainsaw their doors off?

Yep. This happened to us.

I believe it only takes three malicious calls to get the filth down in force and cutting your door through.

In my case, they got a g of weed from my daughters boyfriend. But while they were making such a racket chainsawing the door, my lad was flushing his weed and some of my tablets.

What he didn't know was that they were my Cialis pills....

Still, fair play to him, he was doing the right thing.
