get one of those thinhgs where you put electrodes all over your body and it zaps your mucles, so no need to work out. (probably quite unpleasant though)
 
What a bastard of a day :D - Thursdays are normally my chill out day... Long story short - had to take BF to hospital for a Tetanus shot 8o. Then apparently 'we' had promised to cook so off to the supermarket we went (after the hospital) - well the pain of the injection was simply too much to bear (haha) so as he lay on the sofa dying aka playing fifa. I spent two hours cooking food (for other people). Miraculously at the very second all the food was cooked, served and wrapped he was feeling a bit better - so took it all and left.

Random story time - I was at a mates house one night and we were all a bit trashed - his missus tells us that she has one of these things. Obviously it was dug out and we had such a fucking laugh (it was honestly hilarious). At first we had it on the usual muscles (calf, biceps) etc - the more we got into it the stranger it got. It was an old device so came with a dial for strength - the thing is you could set it to a pulse setting and then change the strength of the pulses.

At the finish I was lying on the floor - having full on body spasms, but we were all to fucked to switch it off It was so funny :D - You know what a dog looks like when its dreaming - that was me on the floor fucked up and being electrocuted. Everyone else was sitting around pissing themselves laughing at me twitching and grunting - fun times
