Haha I bet they were inundated with applicants! I'd have been gutted as a girl if my bloke mates got involved and I was sidelined. Or maybe it would be boring just in a lab for the duration especially if you weren't allowed to talk or something.
 
My house is being invaded by ants the size of godzilla :( caught 7 of em so far and two of those fuckers were flying ones. All doors and windows have been shut for hours..

two words; raid powder. if youre lucky, theyll fuck off on their own. if youre unlucky, two days from now youll have thousands of the fuckers. ants leave a chemical trail that their pal's follow, if you kill one they give off an alarm pheramone that brings 'em out in force. im fairly easy going, and let them swarm over my floor for a couple days. but by day three they were clibing the furniture and had spread from sitting room, 20ft down hall to my kitchen. fuck that, takin bleedin liberties now - went and got the ant powder and left my yard looking like a flour mill. they really, really dont like that stuff. an hour later, youd never know theyd been there - aside from the half tonne of white powder lying everywhere. really hoping the police dont decide to pop round anytime soon

Having been around the technology industry for 25 years, I find the idea of looking down your nose at programmers so very quaint and 90's.

In this day and age coding is a job like any other, it's no longer the lonely domain of a few specky weirdo's in tweed jackets that have seen better days or social misfits with borderline autism.

I'm no programmer but I work with technology and development, almost all technology has some programming in there somewhere, so the idea of sitting at your PC with your phone next to you and slating programmers is more than a little ignorant.

Does this make me more popular with Ceres ?? I could be in if it turns out they is a lady
