Did see on telly that even the debt collectors are struggling. Your typical neckless meathead had to travel miles to reposses a car and it cost him more in petrol than he actually made. Happens quite a bit apparently.

I felt no sympathy, in fact it made my day. Having been on the receiving end of their shit I have seen how much they enjoy it. Utter cunts

True enough. Thankfully these days i am debt free. I feel its best not to judge. Its not reckless or stupid to get a car on credit or get buy a house when you've got a job and can afford it.
But then you get made redundant and have to start picking and choosing what bills you pay and end up behind on all of them. Ontop of that bank charges for overdraft its very easy to get into a bad state without ever living beyond your means.

I made a website for a debt recovery firm a few years ago.

Ironic because we were getting knocks on the door since my mum was in massive debt at the time (obviously from a different debt collection firm!)

Oh well.

Oh yes it is! I preferred the dictionary 25 years ago! The book is a shadow of its former self and will let any old word or spelling in nowadays!
