No, someone will try to make you be a mod, it's a 1:1 racing certainty.
You don't NEEED scales to be a mod, but they help, specially the first couple of times, just for piece of mind.

Got an early morning trip, so naturally I have a bucket of DHC just down the hatch and plenty etizolam for the day ahead. (All used responsibly sans the demon drink of course). It's going to be a good day :D Know I don't post too much, but how are all y'all?

Nah, I ran out towards 1am, squeezed in a whole 2 hours of sleep on a comedown and now have to go to the office haha. Fun day ahead, wish me luck

very true, i always regret taking mxe too late in the evening and ending up spending hours lying in bed in the dark unable to sleep. sometimes i just cant help myself though and do a line right before bedtime and end up awake till 3am

they are probably here by now. The spot I have is a small beach and they come into the bay and sweep round it in huge shoals. Noone else fishes there during the summer because they all go for the cliff spots, which get crowded. At my spot I have the whole beach to myself, it freaks people out when they see me catching down there. especially when I just go down for 10 mins, have a couple of casts and take home a bag of fish.
hmm. better dust off the BBQ I think. TBH im not a huge fan of eating mackerel, usign them for cod baits put me right off eating them. and the worms, ugh.
Shooting the .22 is alright, if you get a feel for the ballistics, very prone to wind drift though and after 30 yards or so it gets a bit ridiculous.

That whole string up some dead 'uns to scare 'em away is a myth! I've often been on a walk and come across 10 or more strung up and heard crows in the trees above me ... s'happened in one of my fave places to pick shrooms.
Also it's normally magpies that do that whole crawing thing early in the morning and wake peeps up .. they sound kinda similar and just as fucking noisy.

my bro gets mackrel in the summer. always still popular with him n me dad, altho my dad's fave are Dabs. He made a smoker in the back garden especially for em
