Records show that Mr Hoban, 49, sold his property and made a £144,000 profit on the sale of his flat in Pimlico, central London

The profit is thought to be one of the biggest profits made by any Government minister from the sales of second homes which have been funded in part through the MPs' expenses system.

Mr Hoban, as the Coalition’s employment minister, has been at the forefront of trying to get more people off benefits and into work.

My sister told my Mum that I'd left hair in the bath in our shared bathroom, instead of mentioning it to me like any other adult, and Mum sent me to clean it.

There was hair, it was just really long and black. Mine is shoulder length and red. I hate my sister.

I sort of fucked up being born first, because that woman could tell our parents the sky is a tasteful shade of neon pink and they'd still believe her over me.

After years of sibling rivalry I have finally figured out it's best just to ignore it and get on with it, though. Anyway, have had a good day. Won £16 on a scratch card, went in to cash in mine and swap the £2 card my ex had for another card, and got given £20 plus another scratch card? Was a bit depressed over having to live with my parents again for a few months but figured might as well make the most of it instead of moping around. Lot of people I love here that I haven't seen enough.

edit: she's out the shower, I'm off in there with a fucking magnifying glass :sus:

Count the millionaires in parliament, there are quite a few nowadays. The salary is a very minor part of the attraction for a lot of them.

Does anybody here still get milkman deliveries? I haven't seen a milk float on the road in years...

I swear I used to hear the milk float go by my house every morning about 3am or so, the place I lived until recently, but I never looked out. Could have been some mad pensioner out on their scooter past their bedtime or summat for all I know.

Before I moved to the Land of Prescott, we'd use the milk float as a sign that we needed to be winding it down. Chewing your face off and the milk float goes past? Bed time. Queuing up outside the corner shop for fags and the milk float goes past? Time to go home. Trying to rob a bus and the milk float goes past? Try rob the milk float.

Mind this was usually after we'd seen the fucker for a few days running. Generally the third time is a charm.
 
Unigate. Do they still exist? They were the milk float people. I think Tescunts et al took it all. I'm surrounded by dairy farms and I haven't seen a milk float in ten years, just the big milk lorry that collects from the farms. And drives straight to Tescunts.
