Why do you make these judgement's of yourself based on what you think i am thinking ?

You have no idea what i think of you & if "chav prick" was the case i wouldn't give you the time of day let alone chat with you in chilled out manner .
Don't be so paranoid .

Random question, on the off-chance...

I'm looking at NHS jobs and they require a statement of all convictions and cautions. I've never been cautioned (no formal cautions are issued in Scotland) and my only convictions are speeding offences and an MS90, failure to identify the driver (after I got snapped doing 82 on the M6, long story, this failure was not intentional).

Do I need to declare the speeding offences? I am pretty sure MS90 is a criminal offence but I thought speeding was a "motoring" offence? Does this stuff come up in a check?

I don't even have a record of all my speeding offences as most of them (I've had a few) happened over five years ago and so are no longer endorsed on my license, so I'm not sure how I'm meant to give details :?

knock: you might have to declare a conflict of interest, i.e an INTERESTED IN FUCKLOADS OF DRUGS.

pretty sure points on your license disappear after a while though...

I'll bet there's plenty competition though :\ But I'm going to give it a shot before resigning myself to the Andrex Washlets.

ceres: that's a positive though isn't it? also they say both unspent and spent convictions have to be declared.

I'm going to email them and ask for their advice.

'Dear Prospective Employer, I'm applying for a job with you and I wondered wether I need to tell you about how many I have kiled;'

good idea though, but don't email the DVLA they are fucking useless.

I don't if it helps I work for the HSE in Ireland, it is the same as the NHS we don't have to declare traffic convictions. It could be different over there, but a lot of these things are the same.

EDIT: Just to elaborate, if you get a Garda [Irish Cops] check done here, it doesn't even give details of traffic convictions. As I said I don't know what way it works for you guys.
