5 stationary cop cars on a corner. you know this will only end badly.
My guess as its Hawthorne is a coke/crack bust and they didnt find anything, so came back out and needed some paperwork to fill in so of course the random guy standing around becomes "Agressive" all of a sudden and his Dog gets shot.

The Cops wont be sued for this as long as they can find ANY crime associated with the random guy they picked up or any arrest related to the stiing

The guy was so stupid to gesture to the cops anyways, I nearly got thrown in jail once for the crime of flicking my fag ash out a window when i was stopped and it hit the cops pants

It's difficult to explain what L.A is like & how fukin crazy it is unless one has spent a good bit of time there wouldn't you agree?

Totally, its a Hawthorne bust. why would cops need 5 cars stood around for a bust unless it was major
Note the dude puts his dog in his car and yet the dog manages to get out the car ( did he not lock it?)

And as a few cops walk down the path he moves towards them we cannot see what he is holding) but then turns around and is arrested.

Most major dealers when faced with a bust will always ask someone on the street to buy them a bit of time, I think this is what the guy was doing in this case.
5 cars on the corner, thats 10 cops tops, 5 walk down the street towards the dog owner, what I am guessing ( I stress Guessing) Is that they called the lackies to wait by the sewers to see if anything is flushed( as this is Hawthorne its going to be a moderate bust, not your regular street dealer, probabaly more than a few kilos)
Looking at the clip he then deliberatly faces them and turns around to be arrested to buy some time.

He was just unlucky that his dog escaped the car, unless he is an utter cunt and did it on purpose so his mate could buy some time with a distraction if the cops were indeed walking back round the block to see if anyone was leaving the apt

Its really hard to tell as nobody knows what side the cops were raiding the residential block from

Yeah the poor animals , what about the actual humans that the LAPD kill that makes me sad . They only some nikkas so who cares ?

fuckin true brimz, I don't know if animal charities make more than, or as much as charities for human causes in this country, but I bet it ain't far off...

I remember listening to something about the Donkey Sanctuary down in Looe (I think, or is that the monkey sanctuary????), I'm not sure. But anyway, the director of the charity was saying it's getting hard to spend the money, as they get so much in donations, and left to them in wills etc...So they were arranging ludicrous rescue "missions", basically to spunk the cash.....driving overland back from India after airlifting a slightly hungry donkey from a remote village somewhere back to sunny Looe (or wherever it is), while the Indian villagers were left without their mule....

Why can't charities in that position, and I'm sure there are a few, pass on surplus to other charities, not necessarily related, obvioulsy it would be made clear to benefactors that this might happen.

Probably some rule against it. Or people would worry that their money would go to Nossovans etc.

Your entering a murky world with charities , many are pure fronts or used for tax purposes . It;s a huge racket .
 
It's tricky, some of the newer more spurious charities with their charity muggers in cities all working on commision etc do have huge costs, pay out wages etc, and donate a fraction of their turnover to the charity people think their money is going to...

And it's giving charities a bad name all round. People just buy a lottery ticket now instead :(

I've donated money to a donkey charity before lol. Adopted a donkey called Kofi, gave it to my pal for xmas a few years ago. I think she still renews it every year. Never seen the fucking donkey. Probably doesn't exist.
 
They do, the ones they rescue have a fucking Life Of Riley, pampered to fuck. Serously, i wish I had a better memory for details...lol...

As I said, the charity have money coming out their fucking ears...

The ones in India that get adopted are fed Michelin starred food and wear the most luxuriant fineries, fanned all day by the villagers while the children tote water and bags of grain about (Donley sanctuary said it's cruel to make them work and shit).
