I jump into the ocean. Waves a crashing and seaspray spraying high up into the air.

Seagulls a cackling, water suckling backwards through a gazillion grains of sand as the sun shines with relentless vigor. Smiles branded across the faces of all within the vicinity.

Not really, more of a prediction/guess about you being interested in the position.

I thought you'd probably go for the job if it came up, and it's a possibility your application could be successful.

I mentioned that personally I'm not sure it's necessary to open up the vacancy, because the current lot seem to be doing okay as is.

To mod EADD, imo, I think candidates probably need to have been actively posting here for well over a year, maybe more, to experience the full range of joy and misery (:D )before being a suitable candidate really; to fully see and experience EADD at it's best and worst, so to speak. And, that's before even looking at skills sets etc. But that's just my opinion, which means absolutely jack anyway, since posters aren't part of the selection process.

Up early today, gonna see how productive I can be and try to get stuff done early, before it gets too hot to do owt but sit around and drink cider in the sun for the rest of the day.
 
ME Still hurting it's worse now . Gonna do nuffink 2day well Cricket but that'll be over in a few hours hopefully.

Oh yeah i might go up Lansdown CC & watch some real live cricket , was invited in the week . They have Thatchers on tap @ £2.75 as well so yeah that sounds ok .

£2.75, not bad for Thatchers, brimz. There's nowt like that round here, just generic strongbow shite. Did you check to see what bruises you got? Thatchers should help the pain somewhat.

Totally envy your location this time of year, Dan. We've got a long beach but it's got a really naff arcade section flanking the middle of it, not my kinda thing. A couple of conservation areas further up tho, which are pretty decent.

Actually I hadn't really considered the rest of what you wrote before but seeing it like that I'm inclined to agree. Mind you I'd agree with the no need for more mods part of it more. Unless the mods themselves are crying out for more team mates.
 
Anybody else noticed that poppy pods are freakishly large this year?

My pockets were full of them when I staggered in this morning... :D

Yeah most of them are, the beach i usually go on the east coast gets rammed and its nearly impossible to park, that saunton sands north devon is so long it doesnt get filled though, dunno how many miles long it is, car park is small-ish as well, tide goes out for miles. 1/4 of it was packed but the further you headed along it was really quiet. one of the best surfing beaches in devon i think, along with croyde

Yeah I love house, I'm just getting a bit sick of that night tbh though. Same people every time, I don't get any £££ for doing it cuz it's a mates night (and he get's a minimal amount of cash), and I'm always playing 1-2, so doesn't leave much time for any chemical activities after! Had a little bit of coke last night though off one of the djs. Ha he was crouching down in the dj booth to do keys mid set =D

Just found a VHS copy of Clockers on the grass while looking for my purse ... there was a copy of Koyaanisqatsi at the door this morning, and a ripped up copy of lolita on the stairs as well.

I have a one about 5 inches long at the bottom of my ribs . It's the muscle pain . Tis so fukin :! my movement is fuked , almost everything i do will hurt . It's a hahah ow kin ell . Type pain you know them ?
 
Ended up having a BBQ last night (had all the stuff.) You've got to made the most of it when we have any period of nice weather in this country! I was being pelted by falling cherry's overhead which wasn't too cheriffic. (let me off, I've just woken up!) Twas a nice night though.

I'm about ready to give up on Castlevania for the snes. Even with saving the game state and reloading constantly (cheating) the final boss is impossible! Thought I'd beaten Dracula, then he just transforms into some flying demon and handed me my arse on a plate. It's ganondorf turning into ganon all over again! Old games are so much harder than the newer ones.

Today I will be mostly eating, aardvark*

*Or more likely... mostly watching TV and staying out the sun so I don't turn into one of these:
